Hello, Fairview Falcon Families!
Losing your mask all the time? Kids coming home without theirs? Mask clips might be part of the answer. 🙂 A local community member – Clip It On Designs – is offering mask clips with the PTO to help fundraise for us, and keep your mask budget at an all-time low!
Visit their shop at: https://www.etsy.com/shop/ClipitOnDesigns and use code FAIRVIEW – our PTO will earn $2 for every 3-pack ordered. Thanks, Clip It On Designs!

Wondering about the impact of your support at the PTO? We’re currently at 8% of our total goal for the year – a bit behind where we need to be, so we’ll be working hard to kick it up in the next 2 months!
This year, the FMS PTO has partnered with several local photographers to make your holiday picture taking easier than ever – porch pictures! These super-mini sessions will last approximately 15 minutes, so you won’t need to wrangle the whole family for long. Just get everyone dressed & ready ahead of your scheduled time, step outside, smile for the camera, and go!
Taken by professional photographers, you’ll receive one edited digital photo to use in your holiday cards, social media, or print for your home photo gallery. We cannot wait to see the results!
Hello! Our PTO this year is offering our annual Holiday Bazaar fully online. What does that mean? We’re offering an online store for local vendors! We’ll help you get your listings set up and even process online payments for you –and cut you a check at the end. Our team will advertise and promote the fair, and YOU – all for similar prices as a booth you have to sit at for a full day. We’ll offer online sales for two weeks and end with a celebration (and a free raffle for anyone who made a purchase) at the FMS – socially distanced with Food Trucks!
Additional lower-cost vendor packages with limited featured posts/social promotion are available upon request.
It’s what you’ve (probably!) been waiting for — the SCHOOL SPIRIT WEAR SALE! Starting TODAY through October 14th! We were able to offer our TOP THREE STUDENT DESIGNS this year online and we are SO excited to showcase their great school spirit and artistic talent!
* Orders are being taken online only this year
* Orders will be dropped off, contactless porch drop-off in the last week of October
* In November, the PTO will offer additional options & possible alternate designs & overstock from prior years on our website (stay tuned for that announcement in November – perfect to round out a holiday gift!)
The designs the kids provided are so awesome – even those who didn’t place top 3 – I am sure we’ll find lots of opportunities to use their creative work throughout the year.

As of Wednesday, Sept 2, 2020 student meals in Williamson County Schools will be served at no cost to the student, through December 31, 2020.
It’s a result of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) extending its Summer Food Service Program. The free meals do not include a la care items, snack items or extra entrees, which may still be purchased at full price. The components of a breakfast and lunch meal are listed on the WCS Menus and Nutrition webpage.
The program extends the free meals until December 31, 2020. In January, regular meal prices will resume.
Whether your student is working remotely, online, or is back on campus next week, there are times that they need help you just can’t give. Last week, my daughter got stuck on a quesiton about polynomials and I just about cried trying to re-teach myself so I could teach her!
I didn’t realize this was a resource, and you may not have known it, either! So check this out:
FMS will be holding their first annual First Flight this year for new students. Primarily attended by 6th graders, new students in 7th and 8th grade will also benefit from the chance to tour the school in small groups and learn about the campus.
You MUST Sign Up here, please!
First Flight on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Students and one adult can sign up for a 20 minute tour that will allow them to see the building before they enter the building on Friday or Monday for their first day of school. All tours will begin in our Performing Arts Center and be reminded that all participants will be required to wear a mask.
